OUR IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

On initial visit, a technician will inspect your current irrigation system. All stations will be checked from the controller to ensure they are working properly. Each zone will be checked for any issues, inadequacies or needed repairs. The technician will meet with the homeowner and discuss the findings recommending a plan for the needed improvements or modifications.

What is included in the monthly fee:

• Drip heads, micro sprays, nozzles and dial-a-flow replacements when malfunctioning
• 1/4” tubing for repairs (drip systems only)
• 1/2” poly for repairs (drip systems only)
• Manual adjustments that are needed
• Seasonal programming adjustments to controller
• System monitoring if upgraded to or currently own a Hydrawise controller

What is not included in the monthly fee:

• Valve replacement and/or repairs
• Valve solenoid replacements
• Main line and lateral line pipe repairs
• Sprinkler replacements
• Major repairs

Any major repairs will be assessed, and the cost of the repair must be approved by the 

homeowner prior to work being performed.

Pricing is based on the number of valves/stations on the property.  Maintenance programs can also be customizable to our customers needs. There are no contractual requirements!
